The FACTS on the Israeli occupation:

A.Most Palestinians Live Under Palestinian Governments

All Palestinians in Gaza live under a Hamas government and most Palestinians on the Western Bank live under the Palestinian Authority government – not under Israeli occupation.

The Oslo Agreement in 1993 between Israel and the PLO changed the situation in Gaza and the Western Bank.

The Palestinian Authority has full civil control of the Palestinian towns, the rural area between the towns and about 26% of the rest of the rural area.

The Gaza Strip is under full control, civil and military of the Hamas who took the control of the area from the PA – not from Israel, who left the Gaza Strip in 2006.

Israel has full control on the settlements' area, the Jordan Valley which is the border between Jordan and the Western Bank, and the Judean Desert.

The settlemens, the fence between Israel and the Western Bank, and the military camps consist a small part of the Western Bank, and Israel agreed in 2000 and in 2008/9 to compensate the PA for this territory with Israeli territory, as part of a peace agreement.

The Palestinian population under the PA and Hamas control is subjected, according to Human Rights organizations, to human rights abuses such as arbitrary arrests, detentions and torture.

B Palestinians do not live in concentration camps under most inhuman conditions. They live in villages and cities under Palestinian rule.

C. How many Palestinians were killed by Israel during the Israeli occupation compared to 6 million Jews exterminated by GAS by the Nazis.

The International media and human organizations concentrate on human rights abuses of Israel against Palestinians.

Jonathan D.Halevi has been investigating the human organizations' reports against Israel and found out that many of the accusations were baseless.

Data from Betzelem organization reports:
1987 – 1992: First Intifada
1,494 Palestinians were killed

29.9 2000 – 26.12.2008:
Gaza – 3,000
West Bank – 179
Total: 4,791. This number includes the Palestinians who were killed during the second Intifada.

27.12.2008 – 18.1.2009: Operation "Cast Lead":
Gaza – 1,389
West Bank – 7
Total: 1,396

19.1.2009 – 31.7.2011:
Gaza – 162
West Bank – 35
Total: 197

In Short:
7,878 Palestinians were killed in 24 years. However,
most of these Palestinians were terrorists – not civilians - according to the "Betzelem" reports.

In, Short, the Palestinian propaganda tries to convince the world that 7,878 Palestinians, most of them terrorists who killed many Israelis, are compared to 6 million Jews who were exterminated by Gaz by the Nazis during Second World War.

Unlike the Palestinian terrorists who killed Jews. The Jews in Europe never killed one German.

The Israeli – Palestinian conflict is a national conflict between 2 nations who claim rights on the same territory. The solution to the conflict is not an effort to demonize and de-legitimize Israel's right to exist, but a 2 states solution by a peace agreement.

SO FAR THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY REJECTED 4 OPPORTUNITIES TO HAVE A STATE (1967, 200, 2008/9, 2011), NOT TO MENION 3 MORE (1936/7, 1947, 1948- 1967 WHEN THEY WERE UNDER ARAB OCCUPATION).
WHY?
BECAUSE, THEY REFUSE TO LIVE IN A STATE ALONGSIDE ISRAEL.

THEY DEAM TO PUT AN END TO THE JEWISH STATE.
