Does the Media Give you the Full Picture; The 60 Minutes Interview / DR.Rivka Shpak Lissalk

To the CBS reporter
I saw the 60 Munutes interview on Siluan, East Jerusalem.
I do not belong to the right wing and do not agree with what they are doing there.
But,the questions asked showed the interviewer had an agenda on the Israeli - Palestinian situation.
This is politization of the media.

I am an historian and the truth should be said.

The Jews did not start the war in 1948. The Arab states and the Palestinians started the war declaring they were going "to throw the Jews into the sea." Jews lived in Siluan hundreds of years and had houses there. The Jews were expelled and the Palestinians took their houses. There are documents to prove it.

I agree to give up East Jerusalem for Peace- but real peace. So are 62% of Israelis. But, you reporters tell only about the people from the right. Polls prove that 50% of even Likud voters are in support of a 2 state solution.

Do you tell this to the world??

Palestinians rejected a state already 6 times

The Palestinians rejected a state 6 times because they refused to live in peace with a Jewish state. They wished to eliminate it:
1936/7 - the Peel Commission proposal to divide the country into a Jewish and an Arab state.
1947 - UN Resolution on 2 states. Israel was attacked 5 minutes after declaring a state.
1948 - 1967:Palestinians were under Arabic occupation.
1967 - After the 6 days war Israel suggested "Land for Peace."
2000 - the Camp David proposal by Clinton- Barak.
2008/9 - The Ulmert proposal

Now, THE PA DOES NOT WANT A PEACE AGREEMENT BECAUSE IT MEANS GIVING UP THE "RIGHT OF RETURN" DEMAND INTENDED TO SETTLE THE REFUGEES IN ISRAEL AND TURN THE jEWS INTO A MINORITY, THUS PUTTING AN END TO THE jEWISH STATE.
tHEYPLAN TO GET A STATE FROM THE UN, THUS AVOIDING GIVING UP THE DREAM TO ELIMINATE ISRAEL
