The payments are in Israeli money:
Sentenced to 1 – 3 years: 1,400 a month
Sentenced to 3 – 5 years: 2,000 a month
Sentenced to 5- 10 years: 4,000 a month
Sentenced to 10 – 15 years: 6,000 a month
Sentenced to 15 – 20 years: 7,000 a month
Sentenced to 20 – 25 years: 8,000 a month
Sentenced to 25 – 30 years: 10,000 a month
Sentenced to 30 and more years: 12,000 a month

Benefits:
Marries prisoners get extra 300 a month and 50 more for every child (the average number of children is 3- 5).

Palestinian terrorist prisoners from East Jerusalem gets extra 300 a month
An Israeli- Arab terrorist gets extra 500 a month

The sum paid to all prisoners on May 2011 amounted to 17,678,247 in Israeli money.
The average payment a month to a prisoner is 3,129.

The families of the Shaids ( Trrorists who commited suicide as living bombs)get monthly payments. The sum paid all the families on May 2011 amounted to 26,458,137 in Israeli money.

Example:Bargutti is a Hamas terrorist who killed 66 Israelis. He gets 4,000 a month +300+ 100 because he is married and has 2 children. From 2012,for 10 years in prison he will get 6,000 +300+100.

The USA AND THE EUROPEAN STATES PAY 44 MILLIon TO TERRORISTS

These payments are paid from the grants the Palestinian Authority gets every year from different states. Most of the money comes from the USA and the European Union.

Since 1993 the PA got 17 milliard dollars.
7.1 milliards from the EU
2.4 milliards from the USA and Canada

In 2008 the PA received 2.8 milliards

The members of the USA Congress and the European Parliament can get a detailed information from Israel on the number of years each prisoner was sentenced.

They can get the number of Shaid families from the PA.

They know how much money is paid annually to the PA and can find out how much money every American and European citizen pays for payments to terrorists and their families.
